The shocking moment a BBC cameraman had his male member smacked by the Cameroon sheep was caught on video.
The BBC crew were filming at Longleat Estate and Safari Park for the summer special of Animal Park, focusing on one of the world’s rarest sheep breeds, the Cameroon sheep.
However, as a cameraman was filming the sheep named Cecil, the animal, without provocation, attacked, ramming its horns into the man’s groin. A second camera operator captured the moment as the cameraman who had been hit doubled over in anguish.
Earlier in the video, the keeper who introduced Cecil and other sheep to the BBC crew, had been attacked by Cecil without provocation. She was feeding it when it headbutted her in the leg and she screamed in pain. This came after she told a BBC reporter that the sheep had become unruly and were lacking manners.

Huawei just announced Pre-Order for the HUAWEI Y9 Prime 2019, its latest smartphone that packs stunning innovations that won’t break the bank, is now available. Boasting an all-new bezel-less Ultra FullView Display, the latest from Huawei is a smartphone that packs some really unique and cool features.
The all new HUAWEI Ultra FullView Display
One of the main features of a modern smartphone is its display and on the HUAWEI Y9 Prime 2019, you get a whole lot of it. Sized at a massive 6.59 inches, the phone comes with the new Ultra FullView Display which takes away any notches and sliders resulting in a seamless viewing experience. A display experience like no other, this technology allows the HUAWEI Y9 Prime 2019 to have 6.59 inches of uninterrupted screen real estate at an FHD+ resolution of 2340 x 1080.
Extended use is also taken into consideration with the TÜV Rheinland’s certified Low Blue Light Eye Protection that filters out harmful blue light emissions and adjusts color temperature accordingly for protection against eye strain.
This stunning display is built into the HUAWEI Y9 Prime’s 3D Arc Design that provides a glass like finish without compromising on durability. This design is split into three parts, where the upper third houses the Triple camera and fingerprint sensor, while the bottom two-thirds has a minimalistic look with a darker hue.
A front camera that pops up
To create this bezel-less display, the HUAWEI Y9 Prime 2019 removed all the bezels and notches around the phone, raising the question as to where the front camera and other sensors went. The front camera is moved to the top of the phone and will pop up only when required. This mechanism allows the camera to be hidden from plain sight removing the need for the notch on the display.
Don’t be fooled by this camera though, as it packs a powerful 16MP lens and is supported by Huawei’s powerful AI capable of identifying up to eight scenarios for accurate scene and object recognition. Users can also benefit from 3D Portrait Lighting features and an AI backlight that contributes towards stunning selfies.
The powerful Triple Camera setup
On the back of the HUAWEI Y9 Prime 2019, we get a Triple camera setup that consists of a 16MP + 8MP + 2MP configuration that reproduces even the tiniest of details in an image, allowing for enhanced image clarity, contrast and quality.
The 16MP lens comes with an F/1.8 aperture for extra light resulting in bright and colorful pictures, while the 2MP camera assists it with and generates depth of field effects. The 8MP lens offers a 120° field of view for a wide angle shot, which looks even more mesmerizing due to the bezel-less display. The camera setup also houses Night Mode with AI Stabilization, which helps in low light photography and videography as well as shooting Super Slow-Motion videos at 480 fps.
Powerful Performance under the hood
The HUAWEI Y9 Prime 2019 comes with an Ultra Large battery of 4000 mAh which is supported by AI Power Management to ensure efficient performance. It is powered by the Kirin 710 running on Android 9.0 with EMUI 9.0 and is supported by 4GB of RAM with 128GB of storage expandable to 512GB.
Gaming has also been improved, as the HUAWEI Y9 Prime 2019 uses artificial intelligence to identify gaming scenarios and match them with real-life sensations.
Intrigued? You can Pre-Order the HUAWEI Y9 Prime 2019 from July 15th to 21st on Jumia, 3CHUB, Pointek and SLOT stores nationwide in three colors: Midnight Black, Sapphire Blue and Emerald Green. Huawei is offering Customers that Pre-Order a FREE package and a chance to WIN a Surprise Delivery from a Ceec, Timini or Sharon Ooja. The devices will be available from July 22nd.
South Africa has been deemed the most dangerous country in the world for solo women travellers to visit but America is the worst in the West.
The ‘Women’s Danger Index’, based on the 50 most visited destinations across the globe, evaluated eight crucial risk factors. These include whether or not women feel safe to walk alone at night, homicide rates and gender inequality.
The study, by travel bloggers Asher and Lyric Fergusson, found South Africa was the worst for violence against women by non-partners, homicides, and how safe women feel walking alone at night. Thailand is the worst in the Far East a region popular with backpackers overall, and the worst for attitudes towards violence against women.
America came out worst in the West for its homicide rates, non-partner sexual violence, and intimate partner violence, while Australia was rated second worst for ‘non-partner sexual violence’, reflected in a recent survey which found that ‘one in seven young Australians say rape is justified if women change their mind’.
Countries in the Middle East such as Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Iran came top for countries which discriminated against women as far as their role in society goes. Croatia despite being one of the poorer European countries is rated one of the safest countries in the world just to walk the streets.
The eight factors were: Safe to walk alone at night?, intentional homicide of women, non-partner sexual violence, intimate partner violence, legal discrimination, global gender gap, gender inequality and violence against women attitudes.
The UK came 40 out of the 50 in the danger list with a marginally higher rating for ‘Safe to Walk Alone at Night’ than the other seven factors. Spain is deemed the safest country in the world, just ahead of Singapore and Ireland.
Bloggers Asher & Lyric said of the danger index: ‘To measure safety abroad, one cannot look at only data on street safety, rape or violence. It also depends on the general attitude of the culture, minutiae of the legal system, and systematic oppression of local women.
These issues can affect everything, from easily getting a taxi alone to having your voice be heard in a conversation to even needing a male escort for your personal safety.
A lot on our list, such as attitudes toward partner violence, may not affect solo female travellers directly, but these factors are a good indication of overall attitudes within the culture.’
