Everton have completed the signing of Brazil midfielder Allan from Napoli on a three-year contract.

Everton have completed the signing of Brazil midfielder Allan from Napoli on a three-year contract.

The 29-year-old moves to Goodison Park for an undisclosed fee, but Everton have paid €25m (£22.3m) plus an additional €3m (£2.7m) in incentives, according to Sky in Italy.
The move sees Allan, who has been capped nine times by Brazil, reunite with Carlo Ancelotti at Everton, having previously worked under the Italian for two seasons while he was in charge of Napoli.
The draw of Ancelotti saw Everton beat off competition from Atletico Madrid and Borussia Dortmund to capture Allan, who spent five years in Naples.
“It is a real pleasure to sign for Everton. I am immensely happy to be here,” Allan told evertontv. “I hope, like I have done in my entire career, I contribute with my performances together with my teammates and that I put in some great games, great performances and win important things.

“It is a club with a rich history in the Premier League, has real ambition and then there is Professor Ancelotti. He has done everything possible to bring me here.

“It is the size of the club and the name of the coach which means you don’t think twice about coming to Everton.”

Allan started his career at Vasco da Gama in his home country before moving to Serie A with Udinese in 2012.

Big Brother Naija Lockdown housemate, Olamilekan Agbeleshe, simply known as Laycon, was caught on camera last night rubbing his manhood.

Unlike some other housemates, Laycon has not found a love interest in the Lockdown house and has almost given up his pursuit of Erica, his love interest.

Sitting alone on the couch last night, the 26-year-old shocked viewers when he dipped his right hand into his pants and gradually rubbed himself.
As if that was not enough, Laycon seemed to have taken pleasure in smelling his fingers after the act.

The Lagos-born music rapper is seen by many as a strong contender for the N85 million grand prize and his love for fellow housemate, Erica, has generated a lot of issues in the house.

Just yesterday, he said Erica had wanted to kiss him on one occasion, a comment that angered the female housemate who went ahead to nominate him for possible eviction next Sunday.

University of Alabama reports over 500 COVID-19 cases since classes resumed

The University of Alabama has reported 531 Coronavirus cases on campus since starting classes on August 19.

The positive cases were reported on the university system’s COVID-19 dashboard, which reflects on-campus testing results and self-reported private lab results but does not include the entry testing conducted when school restarted, according to a local ABC affiliate.

The University of Alabama President Stuart Bell called the rise in COVID-19 “unacceptable” since the school has guidelines in place to avoid gatherings such as parties.

“My hope is that this will be just a brief pause on their plans to reopen and that we can get this in our rearview mirror sooner, rather than later. Clearly, it takes everyone working together to keep Alabama moving in the right direction,” Tuscaloosa Mayor Walt Maddox said at a press conference.

The school located in Tuscaloosa, Ala., has more than 38,000 registered students.

According to reports, several universities have seen surges in coronavirus cases since reopening with the University of Notre Dame and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill forced to moved classes online following spikes in COVID-19 cases.
